Appointment Information
Appointments can be made online or by ringing 01244 325721 between 8.00am and 6.30pm. We have appointments released on the day. - GP (face to face or telephone) are pre-bookable up to 2 weeks in advance.
- Nurse appointments are pre-bookable up to 4 weeks in advance.
When you arrive at the practice, please use the self check in screens or book in with reception. Due to the nature of general practice, sometimes surgeries may run late. Please be patient, as you may need more time on occasions too. If you have been waiting more than 30 minutes please check with the Reception Team that you have been checked in correctly. It is important that you make it to your appointment on time, however we appreciate that from time to time you can be late for your appointment. If you know you are going to be late please let us know, if you arrive more then 10 minutes late the receptionist will have to communicate with your clinician to see if they can fit you in. this will depend on the time of day and how busy the clinic is. | |
| Cancellations If you are unable to keep your appointment, please telephone the surgery with as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. |
Sick Notes A doctor’s note is not needed for the first seven days of illness. Self-certification forms are available from the Medical Practice, your employer or on the HMRC website. Language Line
We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English.

Medical Students
Occasionally, medical students or student nurses may sit in on consultations, but only with your prior permission.
